	The Redfyre Classic 60 litre main roasting oven 45 litre slow oven (60%) temp of main oven. Domestic hot water option 1.3 – 1.4kw Slam shut doors Optional programmer – swift warm up and optional programmer means you can turn it up to suit you. Fuel - Nat. gas, LPG, oil.
	The Redfyre Central Heating Twin burners provide separate cooking and c.heating Heating options, from 60 -120 K Btu's - 12 to 24 rads. Cooking :- Spacious 54 litre ovens, lower oven approx 100°C cooler. Large dog bone hotplate – up to 7 pans. 7 day built in cooker programmer. Slam shut doors. Fuel – Natural gas only or oil
	The Redfyre Traditional Available with 2 or 4 ovens. 2 Oven :- 40 litre roasting oven. 40 litre simmering oven with additional thermostatically controlled electric element, (temp. = 50% of roasting oven.) 4 Oven :- 2 oven plus 40 litre baking oven, (temp = 65% of roasting oven) plus 40 litre warming oven Side hob :- Warming hob or optional 4 ring gas or ceramic hob. Choice of round or square lids. Fuel - nat. gas, LPG, oil plus electric.
	The Redfyre Universal Similar in looks to the 4 oven Traditional but the two left hand ovens are also fitted with electric elements plus an electric grill and fan in the top one. These can be used to boost the heat store ability of the ovens or act independently like a separate 2 oven cooker, this allows you to turn off the main range burner in summer so creating less heat in the kitchen and saving fuel. Fuel – Nat. gas, LPG, Oil plus electric.
